In the last month or so BEIRUTSTATEofMIND has noticed this mock Hezbollah logo appearing, albeit fairly infrequently, around neighbourhoods including Hamra and Ain Mreisseh (particularly around the AUB campus), Clemenceau, and Mar Mikhael. The tags often appear alongside the Eyeless Ophthalmologist Bashar tag previously linked on the blog HERE.
Above the klashnekoff in the authentic Hezbollah logo it usually reads: Hezbollah (literally - The Party of God) shall rule. In the mocked tag the Klashnekoff itself is replaced with the words: "The People shall rule." Additionally, below the outstretched fist where "Hezbollah" usually appears the Arabic for "Freedom" is instead written.
